高职院校后示范期建设需要科学的教育质量观

         

摘要

高职院校后示范期的一个重要使命就是迅速有效地提高教育质量并探索出其规律。而要完成这个使命,就必须要有科学的教育质量观,就必须要准确地把握高职教育质量的内涵。要把高职教育看成既是教育活动也是供求活动,要明确意识到教育质量是教育活动的特性满足其价值主体需求的程度而不是教育活动本身,要把教育质量体现在学校工作的全过程中,要动态地和相对地看待教育质量问题。%One important mission in the post-model period for higher vocational institutes is to effectively enhance the quality of education and explore its law. In order to achieve this mission, it is indispensible to establish a scientific viewpoint of educational quality and correctly grasp its connotation. Higher vocational education should be regarded as both an educational activity and supply-demand activity. It should be clear and definite that the educational quality is not the education activity itself, but the degree that the nature of education activity satisfies the need of its value subject. The educational quality should be embodied in the whole process of the institutional work. We must consider the educational quality dynamically and relatively.
