高速公路交通安全预警管理系统的建立

摘要

根据高速公路交通安全管理的实际需要,提出了高速公路交通灾害预警管理系统的总体设计要求;论述了该系统的基本组成、功能及其实际应用.%According to the actual necessary of highway traffic safety management, this paper came up with the total design requirement of highway calamity fore-warning management system. It also discussed the fundamental constitute, function and key technology of this system.
