综合安全评估在自升式钻井船安装简易平台中的应用

摘要

According to the current situation, which ocean engineering market is tight schedule, large floating crane is scare and expensive for renting, the paper discusses the working principle and the workflow of installing the facility platform with self-elevating drilling unit, and applies formal safety assessment to the research on the feasibility of refitting self-elevating drilling unit to install facility platform. The feasibility of refitting is demonstrated in the safety assessment angel.
