基于交通冲突与灰色聚类的交叉口安全评价研究

         

摘要

文中提出的城市道路交叉口交通安全评价方法,是通过引入交通冲突技术,并以其和灰色理论为理论依据,以早高峰、平峰、晚高峰3个典型时段的交通冲突与混合当量交通量的比值( TC/MPCU)为评价指标的.为了克服多个时段交通量与冲突数据调查所带来的耗时耗力问题,设计了计算软件,结合普洱市的29个交叉口进行实例应用.%A new traffic safety assessment method for urban road intersection on the basis of traffic conflict techniques and gray theory was firstly put forward, which takes three TC/MPCU into consideration, namely that of morning climax, common and evening climax. Meanwhile, software is developed to calculate the statistics, which overcomes original waste in time and energy in calculating . This,therefore,provides a new method for safety evaluation at intersections. Finally, the new method was applied to 29 intersections in Puer as an example.
