以某桨的初始设计结果为基础,研究几何参数对水动力和空泡性能的影响.选用NACA叶切面,利用升力面理论用来设计螺距分布和拱弧面形状,设计方案的性能通过面元法进行预报校核,并以预报结果指导方案的改进.研究表明,纵倾对转叶力矩影响较大,如与侧斜搭配合理可以得到性能较优的设计方案;盘面比对推力、效率、转叶力矩、空泡的影响均较为显著.并探讨了几何参数对调距桨水动力和空泡性能的影响规律.%Based on the initial design of a propeller, the influence on the hydrodynamic performance of controllable pitch propellers according to different geometric parameters is studied. The NACA section is adopted and lifting-surface theory is used to design pitch distribution and the radial camber distribution. Panel method is used to predict the performance of the design decision and the results will guide the improvement of the design. Studies have shown that the trim distribution has a great impact on torquemoment of the blade spindle. The reasonable match between trim and skew could contribute to the performance of the propeller. Meanwhile the area ratio has a remarkable influence on thrust, efficiency, torquemoment of the blade spindle and cavitation. This paper reveals the law of influence of geometric parameters on hydrodynamic and cavitation performance, which is referenced for designing controllable pitch propellers.
