基于排队论的区域路内停车最优泊位占用率研究

         

摘要

In order to study the optimal occupancy rate of regional curb parking ,queuing theory are in‐troduced to describe the curb parking course ,the regional curb parking is looked as a multi‐server mixed queuing model .the condition is analyzed to realize the optimal occupancy rate ,and the relation‐ship between optimal occupancy rate and the model variables ,analysis showed that the optimal occu‐pancy rate is related with the amount of parking space ,parking demand and parking duration time . The larger the amount of parking space ,the larger the optimal occupancy rate ,and in order to obtain optimal occupancy rate ,the parking demand and the parking duration time must satisfy a certain ratio relationship .%为了研究区域路内停车的最优泊位占用率,引入排队论知识描述区域路内停车过程,将区域路内停车看做一个多服务窗混合制排队系统,建立排队模型。分析了最优泊位占用率的实现条件,以及最优泊位占用率和模型变量之间的关系。分析表明,最优泊位占用率和泊位规模、停车需求,以及停车时长有关,区域泊位规模越大,则最优泊位占用率也越大,且最优泊位占用率必须在停车需求和停车时长满足一定比值关系的情况下才能得到。
