为研究螺旋桨的加工误差引起的轴承力问题,以DTM B4119螺旋桨为研究对象,通过人为改变螺旋桨单桨叶在六个自由度方向的加工误差量,计算并分析螺旋桨各参数加工误差量对均匀来流条件下螺旋桨的轴承力影响,形成螺旋桨各参数加工误差量对螺旋桨轴承力影响的初步规律。研究结果表明:在均匀来流条件下,螺旋桨的轴承力大小随误差量的增加呈线性增加的趋势,而桨叶的加工误差不会在螺旋桨的轴向产生轴承力。同时,桨叶在直径、螺距方向的误差对螺旋桨轴承力影响较大,在轴毂长度方向的误差影响较小。%In order to study the bearing force caused by the mismachining tolerance of propeller ,DT-MB4119 propeller is computed by changing the mismachining tolerance of propeller in six degrees of freedom artificially .The calculations and analysis of bearing force are performed to study the effects of various parameters of mismachining tolerance on the propeller in open water in order to form prelimi-nary rule by w hich various parameters of mismachining tolerance influence the bearing force of propel-ler .The results show that the bearing force of propeller has a linearly increasing trend with the in-crease of the mismachining tolerance in open water .However ,the mismachining tolerance of blade will not induce bearing force in the axial direction .Meanwhile ,the mismachining tolerances in the direction of diameter and screw pitch have a large influence on the bearing force of propeller w hile the mismachining toler-ance in direction of boss length has a small influence on the bearing force of propeller .
