大跨度钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥外包混凝土方案优化

         

摘要

In order to improve the outsourcing concrete pouring construction quality for large span CFST Stiff-skeleton arch bridge and control the deflection of the main arch ring in the construction process ,this paper analyzes and compares the model with six construction sections and model with ten construction sections by using Midas/Civil finite element analysis software .The outsourcing concrete pouring scheme is then optimized by the superposition method of the deflection influence line and MATLAB programming .The results show that the ten construction sections pouring scheme is better than the six construction sections pouring scheme in terms of lines ,but more troublesome in construc-tion .Besides ,the construction period of the ten sections pouring scheme is much longer than that of the six sections pouring scheme .The optimized pouring scheme enables the deflection of vault smoot-her such that the positive and negative alternating of the deflection would not occur .%为提高大跨度钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥外包混凝土施工质量,控制施工过程中主拱圈挠度值和已浇筑混凝土不受破坏,以某大跨度钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥为实例,应用M idas/Civil有限元分析软件,对比6工作面浇筑方案与10工作面浇筑方案的差异及优劣。应用挠度影响线叠加法和MATLAB软件编程,对较合理的方案进行优化。结果表明,10工作面浇筑方案在线形上优于6工作面浇筑方案,但施工繁琐、工期长。优化后的方案使拱顶挠度变化趋势更加平顺,且不会出现正负交替出现的现象。
