基于Thums人体模型追尾碰撞乘员损伤研究

     

摘要

The BioRID-2 dummy adopted in Whiplash test has limitation such that it is not able to demonstrate the injury of the occupants' ligaments, spine, internal organs and other tissues.Base on a whiplash test for a particular seat, the accuracy of the finite element model of the seat is validated.In addition, by comparing the posture and the output curve between THUMS and BioRID-2, the reliability of this entire finite element model has been tested as well.At last, the paper specifies some possible damage in terms of the performance from the THUMS body model.Analysis shows that the human neck injury is not the only type of injury in low speed rear impact, lumbar disc annulus and lower abdominal organs damage should not be ignored while assessing a seat.%鞭打试验所采用的BioRID-2假人有其自身局限性,它不能直观地反映乘员韧带、脊椎和内脏等组织的伤害情况.从某座椅的鞭打试验入手,验证了该座椅有限元模型的准确性,并通过Thums人体模型与BioRID-2假人在试验过程中的姿态和部分输出曲线对比,证明了其可靠性,并对Thums人体模型可能出现损伤的身体部位进行了伤害研究.结果表明,该座椅在鞭打试验中除颈部受伤以外,腰椎盘纤维环及下腹部位置的内脏也会有所损伤.利用与医学伤害标准比对的方法来验证了Thums人体模型的可靠性,并指出低速追尾碰撞存在的潜在伤害.
