中国传统文化视野下的大学生生命教育思考

         

摘要

Protect life and staying alive is no longer the ultimate goal of life education. Living a meaningful and brilliant life with better quality and maximizing the length and width of the life, however, deserves our more efforts in discussion. Through restructuring Chinese traditional culture, which is based on Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, with the theoretical framework of modern psychology, we are trying to discover the value and mental health philosophy contained in Chinese traditional culture in the four aspects – the content of life education, the goal of life education, the methods and characteristics of life education and its value in modern life. What’s more, we will discuss the revelations that the view of life in Chinese traditional culture brings to us in life education of college students, which can help more people understand the wisdom of Chinese traditional culture and enrich the connotation and extension of life education in China.%保护生命、使人“活着”,不再是生命教育的最终目的。如何生得有意义,活得更精彩,让生命质量更高,生命的长度和宽度得到最大限度的扩展,是值得我们去探讨的问题。文章试图把以儒、道、佛为主线的中国传统文化用现代心理学的理论框架进行重构,从中国传统文化中生命教育的内容、生命教育的目标、生命教育的方法和生命教育的特点及其当代价值等四个方面挖掘其中蕴含的价值观念和心理健康理念,探讨中国传统文化的生命观对大学生生命教育的启示,让更多的人能关注中国传统文化中蕴藏的深邃智慧,丰富我国生命教育的内涵和外延。
