6300柴油机铝活塞销孔处采取镶入铜衬套的方法，来提高铝活塞的使用寿命，为了确保其联接的可靠性，两者之间采用较大的过盈配合。本文通过两者过盈配合变形量的计算、实际变形测量数据的分析，采用对比分析法查找变形规律，提出合理的工艺解决方案，用于指导生产实际。%To prolong the life of the aluminum piston in the 6300 diesel engine ,the method of adopting copper bush may be used .To ensure the linkage reliability ,the shrink fit between the two parts can be superior .This paper presents logical technology resolutions to guide the practical manufacture through the deformation calculation of shrink fit and applying the com-parative analysis to find the deformation pattern .
