“参与式定制化”项目教学法在高职旅游管理课程的创新研究

摘要

The reform of higher vocational education continued to deepen,so achievement of educational reform is more rich and generous.Project teaching method is one of the main-stream patterns in higher vocational education.Project teaching method advocates student-centered principle.With the guidance of teachers,students perform a complete work.In the practice process,some negative influences come forth.So we originally propose customized participation project teaching method and apply this method in the core course teaching of tourism management,such as Chinese tourism culture、service etiquette in tourism and serv-ice psychology in tourism,etc .This teaching method obtains remarkable result.%高等职业教育的改革不断推进，教学改革成果日益丰厚，项目教学法作为重要成果已成为高职教育的主流模式之一。项目式教学法倡导“以学生为中心”，学生在教师的指导下执行完整的“项目”工作而完成教学活动，但在具体实施过程中也呈现出一些问题。笔者独创性地提出“参与式定制化”项目教学方法，并在旅游管理专业全国导游基础知识、旅游服务礼仪、旅游服务心理学等核心课程中进行运用检验，取得显著成效。
