高职护理类专业教师实践能力培养模式的研究

摘要

职业教育综合改革的深入推进，校企间的深度融合，对专业教师实践能力提出了更高要求。本文从职业院校教师能力体系构建入手，分析了护理类教师专业实践能力的缺失成因，从提高专业认知、依托校企合作、丰富校本培训、强化校际协助等方面对高职护理类专业教师实践能力的培养模式进行了探讨。%With comprehensive reform of vocational education and deepening integration be-tween schools and enterprises,more requirements are put forward for specialized teachers. Starting from the construction of ability system of vocational college teachers,this essay ana-lyzes the causes of the lack practical abilities among nursing speciality teachers,and puts for-ward ways to improve teachers′practical ability by improving professional cognition,promo-ting cooepration between school and enterprise,increasing in-school training opportunities, and strengthening mutual assistance among colleges,etc.
