新时期大学生资助模式的探索--以南通航运职业技术学院航海系为例

摘要

Due to the increasing development of social economy in the 21st century ,and the continuous improvement of the material well‐being of people ,especially the one‐child family , as a result many students are reluctant to work hard and also incapable of hard work .In Nantong Vocational and Technical Shipping College ,many qualified maritime graduates re‐fuse to take seaman as a career .This essay discusses the ways to improve maritime students’ comprehensive quality with the help of financial aid ,and inspire their passion of working as sailors .%进入二十一世纪以来，由于社会经济的不断发展，物质生活的不断提高和近三十年家庭结构由多子女向独生子女的转变，导致很多学生缺乏吃苦耐劳的精神。具体到航海类大学生，就是身体条件适合从事海员工作的学生，在毕业就业时也存在拒绝从事海员工作的情况。本文探讨了如何通过资助，提高航海类学生的综合素质，激发学生从事海员职业的热情。
