我国青少年运动员文化教育的缺失与对策研究

摘要

运动员的文化教育不仅关系到运动员的全面发展,而且关乎竞技体育和社会的健康、和谐发展,已受到世人的瞩目.作为竞技体育的未来和希望——青少年运动员的文化教育是重中之重,不容忽视.青少年运动员的文化教育和竞技能力,两手都要抓,而且两手都要硬.宏观上,无条件保证青少年运动员文化课教育制度和政策的制定和落实,及其一定的监管力度;微观上,从领导,到教练,到文化课教师,到运动员自身,到训练手段、方式,到教学内容和方法,都要为青少年运动员的全面、可持续发展这一宗旨服务.%The cultural education of young athletes is not only crucial for athletes' all-round development,but also important for the healthy and harmonious development of competitive sports and society.It has caught the world's attention and can not be ignored.Both of the cultural education and the competitive ability of young athletes should be given great emphasis.On the macro level,it is necessary to ensure the establishment and implementation of the education system and policy of the young athletes' cultural courses,and to ensure the supervision over the athletes.On the micro level,from the leadership to the coach,to the teachers,to the athletes,training means and methods,the teaching contents and methods,should all serve the young athletes' comprehensive and sustainable development.
