英国现代学徒制对我国高职物流专业人才培养的启示

摘要

通过梳理英国物流业现代学徒制职业教育的成功经验,探讨其人才培养模式对我国物流管理专业职业教育的启示.借鉴英国现代学徒制特点,实现政府主导下的校企深度合作,探索理论与实践契合对接的物流管理专业人才培养模式.%By reviewing the successful experience of British modern apprenticeship used in vocational education,this essay probes the features of its personnel training mode which gives some enlightenment to logistics specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.It is suggested that British modern apprenticeship should be taken as reference to build the logistics management talents training mode through close college-enterprise cooperation under the government leading.
