A hotel, as a five-star international hotel, invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in staff training each year, but the training effect is not satisfactory. This paper proposes the introduction of PDCA quality cycle mechanism in staff training, builds the staff training system based on PDCA, optimizes training project management process, and improves the efficiency of the hotel's training.%A酒店作为一家国际化的五星级酒店,每年在员工培训项目上投入了大量的人力物力和财力,但是培训效果却不尽如人意。本文提出了在员工培训中引入PDCA质量循环机制,构建了基于PDCA的员工培训体系,优化培训项目管理流程,提高酒店的培训效益。
