采用 Box-Behnken Design优化玉米须总黄酮提取工艺

         

摘要

A microwave-assisted extraction ( MAE) method was studied for the extraction technology of total fla-vonoids from Corn silk by Box-Behnken Design.A predictive polynomial quadratic model was set up to investigate the effects of microwave power, extraction time, liquid to sample ratio on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Corn silk.The best extraction parameters were as follows: microwave power 240 W, extraction time 11minitues, liquid to sample ratio 14 mL/g, and the extraction yield was 1.401%.The results elucidated that the technology experimentally verified had advantages such as high yield, high speed, simple operation and so on.%为获取玉米须中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,采用Box-Behnken Design对微波辅助法进行了优化研究。通过建立二次多项式的预测模型,对影响总黄酮提取率的微波功率、提取时间、液固比分别进行研究。结果表明,微波功率240 W,提取时间11 min和液固比14 mL/g的参数条件下,实际提取率1.401%与模型理论预测值1.432%很接近。采用Box-Behnken Design优化后的工艺不仅总黄酮提取率高,而且省时、操作简单。
