7735例道路交通伤害病例分布特征分析

摘要

Road traffic injuries were a major public health problem in the all world .In order to provide the scientific basis for intervening road traffic injury ,we analyzed the characteristics of traffic injury distribution in road traffic injuries happened in three injury surveillance sentinel hospitals of Huaibei during 2009 and 2012 .7735 road traffic injuries were surveilled in four year , topping the lists of various reasons for injuries .Among these cases ,the male ,the young and middle‐aged and the people with low education level were the major populations .In terms of the quality and degree ,road traffic injuries were severe than other types of damage ,and showed certain age features .The vulnerable members including children and the elderly should been paid close attention .The main reason for the death and disability caused road traffic injuries was head injury ,so paying attention to protecting head and other important body parts had positive effects on protective prognosis have a positive effect on protection of the injury .%道路交通伤害是全球范围内重大的公共卫生问题。分析了2009～2012年淮北市3家伤害监测哨点医院道路伤害病例的分布特征，拟为道路交通伤害的干预提供科学依据。4年共监测道路交通伤害病例7735例，为该地伤害发生的首位类型。其中男性、中青年和文化程度较低的人群是道路交通伤害干预的重点人群。道路交通伤害的伤害性质、程度往往较其他类型伤害严重，且呈现一定的年龄特征，儿童和老年人等道路安全弱势群体的道路安全问题应引起人们的密切关注。道路交通伤害造成致死致残的主要原因是头部损伤，重视头部等重要部位的防护对伤害的预后有积极的作用。
