温州建立与发展民营银行的风险与防范

摘要

温州是民营经济的发祥地，是民营经济发展最活跃的地区之一。规范民间金融秩序，为民营经济发展提供资金支持，温州建立与发展民营银行显得尤为迫切和必要。从温州建立与发展民营银行的现实需要入手，分析温州建立与发展民营银行可能面临的风险，提出加大监管力度，营造良好的外部环境；积极进行制度创新，构建有利的内部环境的风险防范对策，旨在为民营银行在温州的建立与发展提供理论依据。%Being the birthplace of private economy, Wenzhou is one of the areas which boasts the most dynamic private economy. To regulate the folk financial order and to provide financial support for private economy, it is vital for Wenzhou to establish private banks. In terms of the requirement for private banks in Wenzhou, an analysis is made on the possible risks it may confront in establishing private banks.
