舞龙舞狮与太极拳对大学生健身效果对比研究

     

摘要

This paper is to enquire into the dragon and lion movement and the different effects of taijiquan exercise on college students in terms of fitness for the purpose. Using random grouping methods, 48 college students participating in the testing are di- vided into two groups, each of the two groups participates in the dragon dance, lion dance training and Taijiquan exercise, and then related indexes for two groups of body function are tested, added up, analyzed before and after training, based on the differences be- tween group t test. The research proves that, the students after exercise and Taijiquan exercise of dragon and lion dancing have the significant changes in their fitness, and the results show the fitness differences in two exercises. Based on the characteristics of dif- ferent projects, the paper puts forward the analysis of different traditional sporting events on different aspects of the college students' fitness and their effects, and this advances the theoretical basis and practical guiding significance for students' body-building.%文章以探究舞龙舞狮运动与太极拳运动对大学生在健身方面的不同效果为目的.运用随机分组的方法,将参加测试的48位大学生分成两组,两组分别参加舞龙舞狮训练和太极拳训练,并对两组训练前后的身体机能相关指标,进行测试、统计、分析,组间差异性采用t检验.经研究得出:经过舞龙舞狮运动训练的和太极拳训练的大学生,他们的健身效果具有显著性变化,并且两种锻炼方式下所呈现的健身效果存在差异.结合不同项目的特点,分析得出不同传统体育运动项目对大学生健身效果产生不同方面及不同程度的影响,这为大学生健身提供了可参考的理论依据及现实指导意义.
