健身秧歌、瑜伽和太极拳对女大学生身体素质变化对比研究

     

摘要

By experimental method , comparison research method such as longitudinal study yangge exercise , yoga, tai chi chuan for improving female students'physical quality and the effect of horizontal comparative study on the differences of three projects to improve the physical quality.Results showed that in yangge exercise one leg close their eyes in succession, crook precursors, long jump level has a very significant increase (p﹤0.01);Quadrant jump and 800 meters results increased significantly ( p﹤0.05) .Yoga practice one leg close their eyes in suc-cession, crook precursors, the performance has a very significant increase (p﹤0.01), push-ups, sit-ups lev-el increased significantly ( p ﹤0.05) .Tai chi exercises one leg close their eyes level has a very significant in-crease (p﹤0.01), the performance significantly improved (p﹤0.05) .Compare quadrant jump and the level of 800 meters, fitness yangko is significantly higher than other projects ( p ﹤0.05); Comparing single leg close their eyes in succession, crook precursors, sit-ups, yoga is significantly higher than other projects (p﹤0.05);Comparing the performance , fitness yangko is significantly higher than other projects ( p ﹤0.05 ) .Conclusion:all three projects to very significantly improve the balance of students , the effect of yoga most obvious;Yangge and yoga will have very significantly improve the flexibility , the effect of yoga is the most obvious; Three projects can make the power quality is improved , the fitness yangko effect was most pronounced;Yoga in improving effect was most pronounced on the waist abdomen strength , upper body strength;Three projects can improve the quality of the stamina and agility , the fitness yangko effect in the most significant.Three projects can improve the quality of the speed, but the effect is not obvious.%用实验法、比较法等研究方法纵向研究健身秧歌、瑜伽、太极拳锻炼对提高女大学生身体素质的影响,横向比较研究三个项目对提高身体素质的差异性。结果显示:进行健身秧歌锻炼单腿闭眼、坐位体前驱、跳远水平有非常显著提高( p﹤0.01);象限跳以及800米成绩显著提高( p﹤0.05)。瑜伽练习单腿闭眼、坐位体前驱、跳远成绩有非常显著提高(p﹤0.01),俯卧撑、仰卧起坐水平显著提高(p﹤0.05)。太极拳练习单腿闭眼水平有非常显著提高(p﹤0.01),跳远成绩显著提高(p﹤0.05)。比较象限跳和800米水平,健身秧歌显著高于其他项目(p﹤0.05);比较单腿闭眼、坐位体前驱、仰卧起坐水平,瑜伽显著高于其他项目(p ﹤0.05);比较跳远成绩,健身秧歌显著高于其他项目(p ﹤0.05)。结论:三个项目都使学生的平衡力得到非常显著提高,瑜伽的效果最为明显;健身秧歌和瑜伽能使柔韧性得到非常显著提高,瑜伽的效果最为明显;三个项目均可使力量素质有所提高,健身秧歌的效果最为明显;瑜伽在提高腰腹力量、上肢力量上效果最为明显;三个项目均能提高耐力和灵敏素质,以健身秧歌效果最为显著;三个项目能提高速度素质,但效果都不明显。
