'课程思政'背景下高校教师人文阅读的缺失现状与复位路径——基于上海7所高校的实证研究

     

摘要

The ideological education in curriculum should be based on college teachers having higher humanistic quality, and the foundation of humanistic literacy is the humanities reading.We found that college teachers' humanistic reading has a series of problems based on the investigation of 7 universities.Such as leisure reading more than intensive reading, random reading more than planned reading, and closed reading more than reading in libraries.Therefore, we suggest that universities should form a consensus, to build two sites and pay attention to three points to improve the level of teachers' humanistic reading.%"课程思政"提出的全课程育人必须建立在高校教师具有较高人文素养的基础上,而人文素养培育的根基在于人文阅读.在此背景下,通过对上海7所理工科高校的调查发现,当前教师人文阅读存在一系列问题,主要体现在:泛泛而读、休闲阅读较为普遍,潜心精读、经典阅读缺失;随机阅读、盲目阅读较为普遍,有计划阅读、针对性阅读缺失;意向性阅读、封闭式阅读较为普遍,日常性阅读、嫁接资源阅读缺失.为此,着眼于教师人文阅读的功能复位,根据高校实际提出了要形成一个"识"、营造两个"场"、关注三个"点"的路径对策.
