试论王筠研治《说文》的民俗特色

Wang Yun, a famous philologist, writing scientist and educationalist in Qing Dynasty, devoted all his life to the research and popularization of Shuo Wen, and was honored as one generation master of Xu study. Throughout Wang Yun＇s research of Shuo Wen, its outstanding characteristic is regardless of routines and patterns, elaborating its own study style. Having broken the boundary between elegant language and folk language, Wang Yun fully used fresh folk materials to study Shuo Wen, which led Philological Study to go out the ivory tower, changing its deep boring character into interesting and live knowledge.%王筠，清代著名语言学家、文字学家、教育家，毕生致力于《说文》的研究与普及工作，被誉为一代许学之宗师。纵观王筠之《说文》研究，其最大的特色就在于“独辟蹊径，折中一是，不依旁人”，打破了“雅言”与“俗语”的界限，能够充分利用鲜活的民俗材料来研治《说文》，使原本深奥枯燥的“小学”研究，能够走出象牙之塔而变成一门充满趣味的活学问。
