沿海港区复式航道等级组合优化研究

摘要

It was proposed to improve the waterway transit capacity through the construction of compound channel for the coastal port.Optimization objectives were created after analyzing the prerequisites for expansion of vice channel and factors affecting combinatorial optimization results.On this basis,the detailed sub-goals and specific optimization steps were given out.In this paper,an optimization method of grade combination of compound channel was proposed for coastal port.A coastal container port was taken for example to demonstrate the feasibility of the optimization method, providing a theoretical basis for fairway planning.%针对沿海港区,采用通过建设复式航道的方式来提升航道通过能力.在分析扩建副航道的前提条件和影响复式航道等级组合优化的因素后,建立了优化目标.在此基础上给出了细化子目标以及具体的优化操作步骤,提出了沿海港区复式航道等级组合优化方法.并以沿海某集装箱港区为例验证了该优化方法的可行性.研究成果可为沿海复式航道的规划提供理论依据.
