湄洲救助基地码头工程泊稳条件与泥沙淤积数值计算分析

     

摘要

The condition of hydrology and sediment of Meizhou Bay was analyzed and the two locations of the rescue base wharf on Meizhou Island were combined. The numerical wave model of engineering area was estab-lished and the tranquility condition of different engineering schemes was calculated. The sediment deposition and sudden silting near the engineering area were estimated by empirical formula. The result shows that it is less likely to occur in serious sudden siltation because of its location of sediment transport balance and less sand source on the southwest coast of Meizhou Bay. As a result of Meizhou Island at the southern end of the shoreline, it effectively blocks the waves of direction from N to SSE of the waves, and the design wave elements of coastal wharf scheme are smaller. The tranquility condition is associated with the offshore distance of the wharf. The average annual siltation intensity of the nearshore region is in a small range. The requirements are satisfied for ship traffic and port operating under the circumstances of the certain depth for siltation.%通过分析湄洲湾的水文泥沙条件,对救助基地码头工程的2个拟建位置进行了比选,建立工程区波浪数学模型,计算了不同工程方案情况下港内泊稳条件,采用经验公式估算了工程区附近泥沙淤积及大风骤淤.结果表明:湄洲岛西南部海岸由于其海域海床基本稳定且沙源较少,发生较大骤淤的可能性较小;由于湄洲岛南端岸线有效地阻挡了N向—SSE向的波浪,使得近岸码头方案的前沿设计波要素更小;港内泊稳条件与码头离岸距离相关;近岸区域年平均淤强在较小范围内,在预留一定的备淤深度的情况下可以满足船舶安全通行和港口正常作业的要求.
