水润滑橡胶轴承振动噪声机理分析与试验研究

摘要

水润滑橡胶轴承在一些环境下有无可比拟的优越性但在使用中其噪声问题是不可避免的技术难题,本文首先对轴承噪声产生机理进行分析,再根据环境因素设计试验来寻找轴承相关因素与噪声产生的规律,从而为设计水润滑轴承,提高水润滑轴承振动噪声性能提供参考.%Water-lubricated rubber bearings have a lot of superiorities in a certain environment but their noise issue can't be avoided.Here, the noise mechanism of the bearings was analyzed firstly.Then, a series of tests were designed to find the correlative factors of the water-lubricated rubber bearings to cause noise.The results provided a reference for designing water-lubricated rubber bearings and raising their ability of anti-vibration and noise.
