船用齿轮箱系统抗冲击特性数值仿真

         

摘要

The shock-resistant analysis method of a large marine gearbox system was studied. The equivalent static stresses under normal operation condition of the box and the gears were computed using statics and the nonlinear contact finite element method, the stress components were extracted from the result files of NX. Nastran. A coupled finite element model of box-bearing-shaft-gear was established. Then, the dynamic stresses generated by underwater explosion were computed using DDAM (dynamic design analysis method) , ihe static and dynamic stress components of the corresponding elements were re-synthesized with Von-Mises criterion. The dimensionless residue coefficient of strength was introduced to assess the shock-resistant performance of the gearbox. To simulate underwater explosion environment, shock spectrum was matched to the form of assembled dumped sinusoids. The study results provided a theoretical basis for anti-shock performance assessment and shock isolation design of a marine gearbox.%研究了船用齿轮箱系统抗冲击特性的分析方法.采用静力学、非线性接触有限元法计算某大型船用齿轮箱箱体、轮齿正常工况的等效静应力,在NX.NASTRAN的结果文件中提取各应力分量.建立齿轮箱系统的箱体-轴承-轴-齿轮耦合有限元模型,用DDAM法计算其在水下爆炸冲击产生的动应力.应用弹塑性力学知识,将相应单元的静、动应力的分量按照MISES准则重新合成,引入无量纲强度剩余系数,评估该齿轮箱系统的抗冲击性能.采用衰减正弦基波组合的时间历程对冲击谱进行匹配,模拟水下爆炸环境,用模态加速度法,得到齿轮箱系统的加速度瞬态响应特性.研究结果为船用齿轮箱的抗冲击性能评估提供了理论基础,同时为抗冲击设计及冲击隔离提供数据支撑.
