全向式多室连通气囊的缓冲特性研究

         

摘要

The airbag buffer technology is widely used in vehicle, aerospace, military and other industries. Based on the nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA, the finite element model of an omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag soft landing system was established. The model was proved to be correct with experiment results and the simulation analysis of the soft landing process was completed. Through designing reasonable operating conditions, the cushion characteristics of the omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag were studied and the influences of initial airbag pressure, airbag diameter, diaphragm inner hole diameter and vent diameter on the cushion properties of the airbag were analyzed. The results provided a guide for design of omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag landing systems.%气囊缓冲技术广泛地应用于汽车、航空和国防工业等领域中.基于非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA,建立全向式多室连通气囊软着陆系统的有限元模型,用试验验证模型的准确性,并完成软着陆过程的仿真分析.通过合理设计工况,对全向式多室连通气囊的吸能特性进行研究,分析初始囊压、气囊直径、隔膜内孔直径和通气孔直径等对缓冲特性的影响.研究结论可指导全向式多室连通气囊着陆系统的设计.
