灌浆套筒密实度的超声波检测方法

         

摘要

为在施工中检测连接梁筋的灌浆套筒密实度,提高装配式建筑的组装质量与安全,理论推导了超声波首波(首先到达接收探头的波)传播路径,提出了基于t分布的超声概率判缺法,用于小样本抽样的灌浆套筒密实度检测.论证超声波检测灌浆套筒密实度的可行性,理论推导了超声波首波传播路径,利用超声波对测法采集声速,用t分布对采集到的声速统计算出灌浆密实与否的判断值,进行灌浆套筒密实度检测,并通过3种工况60个试件进行了所提方法的验证.试验结果表明:基于t分布的概率判缺法在减少抽样工作量的同时又不会降低缺陷判别效果,提高了检测效率.%To test the compactness of beam reinforcement grouted sleeves during construction,and improve the assembly quality and safety of fabricated buildings,the first-arriving wave propagation path was deduced,then a tdistribution-based ultrasonic probability method suitable for the small sample grouted sleeve compactness detection was proposed.More specifically,the feasibility of the ultrasonic technology for testing the compactness of grouted sleeves was demonstrated,and the first-arriving wave propagation path was deduced.Then,the ultrasonic wave velocity was collected at the cross-sectional radial direction,and the t-distribution was used to calculate the collected velocity data statistically to obtain an index for the purpose of judging whether the grouted sleeves were compact.The method was validated by 60 samples from three cases.The experimental results show that the probability method based on t-distribution can not only reduce the sampling workload without decreasing the effect of defect detecting,but also increase the detection efficiency.
