轻型客车驱动桥振动噪声源分析与改进

     

摘要

Driving axle of a light bus is tested on bench, and the reasons of abnormal vibration and noise are analyzed. 3D model is established by the method of reverse engineering and modal analysis is done by the method of finite element analysis. Finite element model is verified by modal test. Improvement measures are proposed according to oversized impacting of the hypoid gear pair, resonated rear axle housing and resonated rear cover, which are verified through the bench test. The results show that vibration and noise reduced significantly. Those improvement measures are proved practical and effective.%对某轻型客车后驱动桥进行传动系台架试验并分析其振动噪声异常的原因,通过逆向工程方法建立后桥的三维数字化模型和有限元模型并做有限元模态分析,通过模态试验对有限元模型进行了验证.针对双曲面齿轮对冲击过大、桥壳整体弯曲共振和桥壳后盖局部共振等问题提出改进措施并通过台架试验加以验证.试验结果表明,振动噪声降低明显,改进措施切实有效.
