驱动桥振动噪声的仿真与试验研究

     

摘要

为预测驱动桥的振动噪声,首先,建立了驱动桥总成的有限元模型,着重考虑双曲面齿轮副接触的设置和轴承的简化,仿真得到桥壳表面的振动;其次,建立了桥壳辐射噪声的边界元模型,利用仿真得到的桥壳振动数据来预测桥壳辐射噪声;最后,对驱动桥振动噪声进行台架试验.结果表明,仿真结果与试验数据基本一致:桥壳后盖的振动最大,其次是主减速器壳的小齿轮外轴承座位置;驱动桥的齿频和2阶齿频对振动噪声的贡献量相差不大.研究显示,基于驱动桥的有限元和边界元模型预测振动噪声是可行的.%For predicting the vibration noise of drive axle, firstly a finite element model for drive axle as-sembly is established with emphatic considerations of the contact setting of hyperboloid gear pair and the simplifica-tion of bearings,and the vibration of axle housing surface is obtained by simulation. Then a boundary element model for the radiated noise of axle housing is built and a simulation is also conducted,from which the vibration data of ax-le housing are obtained to predict its radiated noise. Finally bench test on the vibration noise of drive axle is per-formed and the results show that simulation results are basically consistent with test data:the maximum vibration ap-pears at the back cover of axle housing, and the next is at the outer bearing seat of pinion in final drive housing, and the contributions of 1st and 2nd orders tooth frequencies to the vibration noise of drive axle have no much differ-ence. The study demonstrates that using finite element and boundary element models to predict the vibration noise of drive axle is feasible.
