设备振动内源参数识别方法

     

摘要

针对设备振动内源参数识别问题,分为设备不平衡激扰力单独作用、不平衡激扰力及不平衡激扰力矩联合作用两种情况,建立“设备-隔振器-基础”多自由度耦合振动模型,提出设备振动内源参数识别方法.基于Kirchhoff定律,假设设备内源特性参数(设备等效激励力及等效质量)不受基座、隔振器等外部参数影响,通过改变隔振器类型开展设备台架试验,并通过线性回归方法对设备内源特性参数(设备等效激励力及等效质量)辨识,获得设备内源特性参数.在此基础上,开展试验研究,验证方法有效性.%The recognition method of equipment source parameters was present.In the case of separately acting by equipment unbalance exciting force and combined acting by unbalanced exciting force and unbalanced exciting moment,multi-dimensional coupled vibration model of ‘equipment-isolator-base’ were established.Based on Kirchhoff theory,it was assumed that the equipment source parameters (equipment equivalent exciting force and equivalent mass) were not affected by the external parameters of base and isolator.According to carrying out multiple sets of equipment bench test under different isolator,and using linear regression method,the equipment source parameters (equipment equivalent exciting force and equivalent mass) were recognized.Then,calculating equipment machine feet acceleration,equipment exciting loads were obtained,which can be as input loads for acoustic prediction of ship.In order to verify the validity of the recognition method of equipment source parameters,equipment bench test were developed.
