目的：探讨经尿道绿激光汽化切除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的安全性和疗效。方法将61例膀胱肿瘤患者随机分为两组，31例行经尿道绿激光汽化切除手术，30例行经尿道等离子电切手术；比较两组患者手术时间、闭孔神经反射发生例数、膀胱穿孔例数、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后保留尿管时间、肿瘤复发等情况。结果两组患者平均手术时间、术后保留尿管时间、术后肿瘤复发率差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但绿激光治疗组发生闭孔神经反射例数、膀胱穿孔例数、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间明显少于电切治疗组（P＜0．05）。结论经尿道绿激光汽化切除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤，安全可靠，疗效确切，尤其适用于膀胱侧壁肿瘤。%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of green light photoselective laser vaporiza-tion for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods 61 patients with superficial bladder tumors ,proved by pathological biopsy,were treated with transurethraI green laser vaporization and bipolar plasma kinetic resec-tion randomly. The mean operative time,blood loss,bladder perforation,indwelling urethral catheter time and in-cidences of postoperative recurrence were compared between 2 groups. Results No significant difference of mean operative time,indwelling urethral catheter time and incidences of postoperative recurrence was found between the two groups(P>0. 05). The blood loss and incidences of postoperative recurrence were lower in PVBT group than in PKRBT group (P<0 . 05 ). Conclusions Greenlight photoselective laser vaporization of superficial blad-der tumor is proved with high security,quick recovery and low recurrence rate.
