基于齿轮修形的汽车变速器齿轮啸叫噪声改善研究

     

摘要

为降低汽车变速器齿轮啸叫噪声,以某变速箱变速器主减速齿轮副为研究对象,借助于Masta仿真软件对齿形和齿向修形进行了仿真研究.通过分析不同修形参数对齿轮传动特性的影响,得到了修形参数对齿轮传动误差和接触应力的影响规律.结果表明:适当的齿顶修缘能有效减小齿轮啮合干涉;适当的齿形鼓形修整能有效改善齿根与齿顶的干涉现象;适当的齿向鼓形修整能有效改善最大接触应力偏载现象;共同产生降低齿轮传动误差和最大齿面接触应力的作用.%In order to reduce the gear screaming noise of automotive transmission,by means of Masta software,the simulation on the effects of tooth form and tooth orientation modification of the main gear pair was carried out.The influences of modified parameters on the characteristics and the error of gear transmission as well as the contact stress were investigated and formulated.The results show:appropriate tip relief can reduce the interference of gear mesh effectively; barrelling relief can improve the interference between gear root and gear tip; lead crown relief can improve the unbalance load of maximum contact stress; the combination of the whole of them can reduce gear transmission error and maximum contact stress.
