计及胎面花纹影响的轮胎侧偏特性有限元分析

     

摘要

以205/55R16半钢子午线轮胎为参考轮胎,利用组合类保角映射簇建模法构建了不同胎面花纹的一系列轮胎有限元模型,得到了完全的、较高质量的六面体网格,并形成了花纹轮胎侧偏滚动工况的先隐式后显式算法的求解策略.计算结果表明,采用的有限元模型和求解策略是有效的,将数值振荡控制在了一个较低的水平.在此基础上,考察了胎面花纹对轮胎侧偏特性的影响.结果表明,与光面轮胎相比,花纹轮胎的侧偏刚度与回正刚度有明显减小;非对称花纹轮胎与对称花纹轮胎之间的侧偏刚度与回正刚度差别很小;非对称花纹轮胎的残余侧向力和残余回正力矩与光面轮胎和对称花纹轮胎相比有明显减小.%Based on 205/55R16 PCR tire,the finite element models for different tread design tires were constructed with quasi-conformal mapping clusters and integrated,high-quality hexahedral meshes were obtained.The implicit to explicit FEA solving strategy of patterned tire structure was founded with the case of cornering.The numerical results with little oscillatory response indicate that the model and the solving strategy are efficient.The influences of the tread design on tire cornering characteristics were studied.The numerical results indicate that the cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness of patterned tires decrease obviously compared to smooth tread tires.And the difference between symmetric tread tires and asymmetric tread tires has little effect on cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness.However,for the latter,the residual lateral force and residual aligning moment decrease obviously.
