城市新区交通发展战略特征分析--以柳州汽车城为例

摘要

With the development of urbanization, many cities are preparing or revising their comprehensive transportation plan. The development strategy planning is the first key step in comprehensive transportation planning. It is a premise of the rational development of a city, and is also the guarantee that the road network operates effectively. First, the transportation development strategies in different cities at home and abroad were summarized and a variety of transportation development strategies based on the characteristics of Liuzhou automobile city were proposed in this paper. Second, the characteristics of different transportation development strategies were analyzed and tested based on TransCAD software. Finally, a transportation development strategy mode was presented for Liuzhou automobile city.%随着城市化进程加快，许多城市进行了综合交通规划的编制或者修编。城市交通发展战略规划是综合交通规划首先进行的一步关键规划，它是支撑城市合理有序发展的前提，也是支撑路网有效运行的保证。本文通过总结国内外不同城市的交通发展战略，针对柳州汽车城特点，提出了多种交通发展战略，并基于 TransCAD 软件，对不同的交通发展战略特征进行了分析和测试，最后确定了柳州汽车城应采取的交通发展战略模式。
