离合器压盘瞬态热分析与结构改进

         

摘要

The 1/3 model was established in CATIA according to the sample sizes of a clutch pressure plate produced by a certain company.The theoretical loads and boundary conditions were applied to the model to do transient thermal analysis.The results show the pressure plate's thermal status during engagement.In view of enhancing the airflow and cooling,a new pressure plate structure is suggested.Compared it with the original one,it has a better cooling ability without increasing its weight.%通过测绘某公司生产的φ215离合器压盘实物尺寸,在CATIA中建立压盘1/3实体模型,并划分网格.理论计算出压盘滑磨时的载荷与边界条件,施加于模型上,进行压盘瞬态热分析.分析结果展示了压盘在滑磨过程中的受热情况.从增强空气流动和改善离合器散热的角度,设计了一种新的压盘结构.两者的对比结果表明,新结构在不增加质量的前提下,提升了压盘的散热能力.
