响应型接驳公交运行路径与车辆调度的协调优化

         

摘要

响应型接驳公交运行线路与车辆调度是相互影响的,二者需协调优化.基于效用理论,研究二者的协调方法.根据乘客时间窗要求,确定车辆到达需求点的时间要求,分析乘客和车辆早到或晚点产生的正、负效用,并分别构建乘客和运营商的效用函数.以乘客和运营商的总效用最大为目标,以车辆容量、乘客时间窗及车辆到达时间等为约束,构建运行路径与车辆调度的一体化优化模型.结合蒙特卡洛模拟,设计了该模型的多种群遗传求解算法.案例分析表明:对比固定的发车时刻,协调优化能有效增加总效用;在固定需求的情况下,采用该方法,能优化确定最佳车辆配置数.%The responsive feeder transit routing and vehicle scheduling are interactive, which needs to be coordinated and optimized.The coordination method based on the the-ory of utility is studied.First of all,according to passenger time windows,the vehicle ar-rival time requirement of demand point is determined,and the positive and negative utili-ties of passengers which produced by early or late arrival of vehicles are analyzed.The u-tility function of passengers and operators are constructed,respectively.The integrated optimization model for the running route and vehicle scheduling is set up to maximize the total utility of passengers and operators where the vehicle capacity constraint,pas-senger time window,vehicle arrival time and so on,are considered.Then,the multi population genetic algorithm combined with Monte Carlo simulation is designed to solve the coordinated optimization model.Finally,the case analysis shows that compared with fixed departure time,coordinated optimization can effectively make the total utility in-crease.When the demand is fixed,the optimal vehicle allocation can be determined through this method.
