外固定联合经皮骶髂螺钉治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨外固定联合经皮骶髂螺钉治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折的疗效以及优越性．方法：对18例Tile C型骨盆骨折采用一期外固定支架固定，延期经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗．术后采用Matta骨盆骨折疗效判定标准进行功能评价．结果：18例术后平均随访18个月，患者骨折愈合良好，疗效优良率94．4％．结论：外固定联合经皮骶髂螺钉治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折是一种安全有效、无显著不良反应的手术方案．%AIM:To investigate the clinical effects and advanta⁃ges of using external fixation combined with percutaneous sacral screw to treat the Tile C type pelvic fracture. METHODS:A to⁃tal of 18 patients with Tile C type pelvic fracture were treated with external fixation at the first stage which combined with percutane⁃ous sacral screw at the second stage. We selected Matta standard evaluation score for follow up patients�recovery. RESULTS:Pa⁃tients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years ( average 18 months) . According to Matta standard evaluation score, the pa⁃tients outcome were excellent with good rate being 94. 4%. CON⁃CLUSION:External fixation combined with percutaneous sacral screw was a safe, effective, economical and complication absent surgery for Tile C pelvic fracture.
