AIM:To investigate the clinical efficacy of KDZI in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD) with phlegm obstructing the heart vessels.METHODS:80 cases of angina pectoris patients with systolic phlegm were selected in our hospital from 201 1 to 201 2,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given GIK,nitroglycer-in,aspirin and other conventional drug treatment,while the ob-servation group were treated with KDZI therapy on the basic of conventional therapy.The treatment effect of two groups was ob-served.RESULTS:The total effective rate of patients of observa-tion group in treating angina pectoris was 95%,while in the con-trol group the total effective rate was 70%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P <0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram treatment of observation group and control group was 92.5% and 65% respectively,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P <0.05).CONCLUSION:KDZI can rapidly relieve angina, and improve cardiac function, which has a good therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨苦碟子注射液治疗痰阻心脉型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效．方法：选取我院2011／2012痰阻心脉型冠心病心绞痛患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各40例，给予对照组患者极化液、硝酸甘油、阿司匹林等常规药物治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予苦碟子注射液治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果．结果：观察组患者心绞痛治疗总有效率达95％，对照组心绞痛治疗总有效率达70％，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．观察组心电图治疗总有效率达92．5％，对照组心电图治疗总有效率达65％，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．结论：苦碟子注射液能迅速缓解患者心绞痛，改善心肌功能，具有良好治疗效果，值得在临床上推广应用．
