浅析护士分层管理对护士工作满意度及护理质量的作用

         

摘要

目的:浅析护士分层管理对护士工作满意度及护理质量的作用.方法:选取2014-03/2015-03四川省德阳市中西医结合医院收治的患者60例作为研究对象,分为分层管理区和常规区,每个病区通过数字随机法选取30例患者和18名护士.其中,管理区实施护士分层管理,常规区实施一般的护理工作,对比两个病区的患者对护士工作的满意度以及对护理质量的评分.结果:管理区的患者对护士的满意度为96.7%,明显高于常规区(73.3%),差异具有统计学意义( P<%AIM: To analyze the effect of nurse hierarchical management on job satisfaction and nursing quality of nurses. METHODS: A total of 60 patients admitted into two wards ( management area and general area) of Deyang Integrated Tradi⁃tional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects, and each ward had 30 patients. Then 18 nurses from each ward were also selected as the research objects. The management area was given nurse hi⁃erarchical management, while the general area was given routine nursing work. The nursing satisfaction and score of nursing quality in both groups were compared. RESULTS: The satisfaction de⁃gree of patients in the management area was 96. 7%, which was significantly higher than that of the general area ( 73. 3%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); The availa⁃ble indicators of nursing quality in the management area group was higher than that of the general area group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The imple⁃mentation of hierarchical management of nurses is helpful to im⁃prove the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, it is worth pop⁃ularizing.
