黔东南民族文化与大学生成长成才

摘要

It is one of the talent training objectives in national regions to cultivate more students as application and practice talents in order to serve its social and economic development. The culture has covered the living wisdom of local people, which contains lots of ideas, behaviors and traditional skills with the educating value. This paper holds the idea that it can help students’ growth and success by the means of utilizing the originally ecological culture resources to carry out culture activities on campus, classroom teaching activities and academic research work.%把学生培养成服务于民族地区社会经济发展的应用型、实用型人才，是民族地区院校人才培养目标之一。黔东南民族文化，凝结着该地区广大劳动民众的生存智慧，其中很多思想观念、行为规范、传统技艺具有育人价值。黔东南民族地方院校可以结合民族民间文化优势资源，通过开展校园文化活动、课堂教学活动、学生课题研究等方面的工作，促进学生成长成才。
