皖江地区文化创意产业发展对策研究

             

摘要

SWOT分析结果认为,皖江地区既具有文化、地理、人力资源、平台优势,也存在意识薄弱、人才匮乏和资金投入不足的局面;既面临国内外良好环境和作为示范区的机遇,也面临统计体系建设、同业竞争和培养区域文化认同感的挑战。发展皖江地区文化创意产业的对策就是要加强产业理论研究;健全人才培养、激励计划;完善产业融资渠道;构建产业统计体系;凸显差异化发展模式;培养区域文化认同感。%The results of SWOT analysis indicate that there are strengths in culture, location, human and platform resources, and weaknesses in consciousness, talent and capital investment, and opportunities in environment at home and abroad and being demonstration plot,and threats in statistics system construction, comptetition and cultivating regional culture self-identity. The countermeasure developing cultural and creative industry in wanjiang region includes enhancing theory research, sounding talent cultivating and motivation plan, perfecting financing channel, building stactistics system, standing out various developing mode, and cultivating the regional culture identification.
