带有促销努力和期末二次订购的供应链协调

         

摘要

The optimization and coordination model of the retailer with promotion efforts and the manufacturer with buy-back strate-gy are studied under end-of-season second order of retailer and two production modes of manufacturer. Firstly the paper establishes buy-back contract profit model of retailer with promotion effort and end-of-season second order and manufacturer with two production modes , obtains the general formula of the optimal promotional effort, the optimal order quantity and the best yield. Then we discuss parameters such as the purchase price, the wholesale price of the two production mode and so on, which impact the optimal promotional effort, the optimal order quantity, the best yield and the profit of the retailer and the manufacturer. It shows that when manufacturer shared a por-tion of the retailer's promotional costs and the buy-back contract parameters under certain conditions can coordinate supply chains , the distribution of the member profits is mainly determined by the negotiation ability of the retailer and the manufacturer. Finally , the con-clusions are verified by numerical examples.%在销售期末零售商有二次订购机会且制造商有两生产模式下,考察了随机需求下零售商带有促销努力且制造商有回购策略的优化与协调问题。建立了带有促销努力且期末二次订购的零售商和两生产模式下的制造商的回购契约利润模型,得出最优促销努力、最优订购量、最优生产量的一般通式。讨论了回购价格、两生产模式下的批发价格等契约参数对促销努力、最优订购量、最优生产量、零售商和制造商的利润的影响。研究表明制造商分摊一部分零售商的促销成本且回购契约参数满足一定的条件供应链就可以实现协调,协调下成员利润如何分配主要取决于零售商和制造商的谈判能力。并通过数值算例验证了所得结论。
