带有固定订购费用的易逝品供应链协调模型

摘要

以动态市场环境下的易逝品供应链为研究对象,探讨了由单个制造商单个零售商所组成的两层供应链生产订货协调问题.在带有固定订购费用的情形下,分别建立了一体化决策和分散决策模型,并分别证明了一体化决策模型和分散决策模型解的存在唯一性.探讨了利用价格保护契约来达到供应链协调.通过研究发现,只有价格保护策略并不能达到渠道协调,但在合理的选择价格保护因子以及批发价格的条件下,可以达到供应链的协调和两个供应链成员的“双赢”.%Regarding the supply chain of perishable products under dynamic markets, this paper discusses the production and order coordination issues in a two-echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer. Under the case with fixed ordering cost, the centralized and decentralized decision models are developed respectively and the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions to the models are proved. Furthermore, a price protection contract is proposed to achieve supply chain coordination. The findings indicate that channel coordination can be achieved through properly designed price protection policy together with the wholesale price contract, and cannot be achieved through price protection policy only.
