充分发挥高职院校校内实训基地功能的探索

摘要

结合高职院校校内实训基地建设，对实训基地在深化教学改革、培养“双师”专业教学团队、组织职业技能鉴定、承担技能竞赛、开展社会服务等方面的功能进行归纳、总结，对校内实训基地更好地发挥在人才培养、社会服务中的作用进行了有益探索。%Combined with training base construction in vocational colleges, the paper summarizes the functions of the base in deepening teaching reform, cultivating＂dual qualified＇professional teaching team, organizing vocational skills certification, hosting skills competitions, and carrying out social service. Useful exploration is made for training base at college to play a better role in personnel cultivation and social service.
