民营物流企业成长动力机制研究

摘要

民营物流企业成长是民营物流企业积累、整合、有效利用内外部资源，以应对乃至创造市场变化，从而使自身获得持续、健康、有序发展的流程。民营物流企业自身的独特性会使其成长特征有别于其他企业的成长特征，由此则意味着其成长过程具有综合性，是一系列成长动力要素复合的结果。本文对民营物流企业成长的动力机制进行尝试性地探讨研究。%The growth of private logistics enterprises is a process of accumulation, integration, and effective use of internal and external resources to respond to or even create changes in the market, thereby, allowing themselves to achieve sustained, healthy and orderly development. The unique growth characteristics of private logistics enterprises make it different from other corporate growth characteristics, meaning that their growth process is comprehensive and resulted from a series of composites of growth momentum factors. The paper attempts to delve into the dynamic growth mechanism in private logistics enterprises.
