高职院校引入企业文化探析

The significance of corporate culture for business survival and development has gradually been accepted. Vocational college students who are becoming an integral part of the corporate culture body should first have the ability to adapt to various types of corporate culture. In addition, the students should be qualified for participating in promoting the construction and development of corporate culture.%企业文化对于企业生存与发展的重要意义已逐渐被人们所接受，而作为即将成为企业文化主体的组成部分的高职学生首先应具备对各种类型企业文化的适应能力，在此基础上，还应当具备参与推动企业文化建设与发展的能力与素质。
