以就业为导向,探讨高职高专英语教学改革

摘要

English Teaching reform is required to be in the direction of the demand of corporate positions.Colleges should carry out the teaching reform at the request of the society to the English professionals so that the colleges can cultivate more professional talents for the society.Therefore,the social needs for the talents is actively met,in the meantime,the employment rate is increased.%目前高职高专英语教学的改革方向应与企业的岗位需要挂钩,社会需要什么类型的英语专业人才,学校便以此为导向进行教学改革,以便通过这种导向性的教学改革,培养出更多更符合社会需要的专门人才,从而在积极满足社会人才需求的同事,提高学生的就业几率。
